Creative Strategist Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the creative strategy for Social Casino accounts spanning Paid Social, Programmatic, and App Store channels.

• Develop concepts and briefs for User Generated Content (UGC), influencer campaigns, Motion Graphics, and Playable content.

• Lead and guide a small team of strategists, copywriters, and video editors.

• Craft scripts and design storyboards for video content in collaboration with both in-house teams and external creators.

• Collaborate with media buyers to evaluate performance data and create innovative iterations.

• Establish effective frameworks and curate a repository of successful angles, hooks, and creative strategies.

• Define the creative strategy for the US Social Casino portfolio as a maternity-cover Creative Strategist Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creative strategy at a performance-focused agency or in-house team with quantifiable outcomes.

• Extensive knowledge of UGC and influencer marketing as key performance drivers.

• Proficient scriptwriting abilities and capacity to develop video content from initial concept to final edit.

• Familiarity with CTR, CPI, ROAS, hook rates, and retention curves.

• Experience in team leadership and the ability to work independently without continuous supervision.

• Capability to excel in dynamic environments characterized by changing briefs and ongoing iterations.

• Skills, motivation, and innovative ideas are prioritized over background or formal education.
