📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business and creative teams through consistent collaboration.

• Maintain close oversight on campaign performance, client objectives, and creative strategies.

• Engage in brainstorming and ideation sessions.

• Create innovative concepts, visual directions, and testing ideas based on performance insights, cultural trends, and brand positioning.

• Formulate actionable creative briefs that align with client goals, brand identity, and performance objectives.

• Work alongside designers and creative teams to ensure all assets comply with brand guidelines, platform specifications, and performance expectations.

• Leverage campaign and creative performance insights to enhance future briefs, messaging, and creative direction.

• Keep track of cultural trends, competitor activities, new creative formats, and emerging platforms.

• Perform competitor and market research to uncover creative opportunities and inspiration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an advertising agency, performance marketing environment, or marketing-related organization.

• Proficient in creating, reviewing, or contributing to content for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Ability to merge creative thinking with analytical insights and utilize performance data to guide creative choices.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Capable of translating ideas into clear, actionable briefs.

• Competent in handling multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a remote setting with an international team.

• Fluent in English.

• Residing in Central or South America.

• Available for full-time freelance work.
