Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creative and funnel strategy from the initial idea through to execution.

• Evaluate funnels and pinpoint deficiencies such as absent angles, bottom-of-funnel advertisements, and subpar landing pages.

• Develop concrete testing plans based on funnel evaluations.

• Determine and prioritize upcoming launches according to their anticipated impact.

• Write and create direct-response materials including advertorials, listicles, landing pages, VSL scripts, and ad copy personally.

• Brief and challenge agencies to ensure optimal creative performance and smooth media buying processes.

• Refine successful strategies and derive the next iteration from performance insights.

• Collaborate closely with Claude to develop your own prompts and AI workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Creative Strategist, direct-response marketer, or in a similar position.

• Ideally, familiarity with the D2C or e-commerce sectors.

• Practical experience applying funnels and awareness stages in line with Schwartz's methodology.

• Demonstrated success in conceptualizing and creating high-performing funnels, landing pages, advertorials, or VSLs.

• Strong strategic abilities while maintaining a hands-on approach.

• Data-driven working style focused on ROAS, CAC, CTR, hook rate, and other key performance indicators.

• Highly familiar with Claude and utilize it daily within your workflow.

• Independent, dependable, and results-oriented work ethic.
