• Create inventive concepts tailored for different placements and platforms.

• Mitigate risks, identify problems promptly, and swiftly recover from campaign setbacks.

• Analyze the market, competition, and emerging trends, transforming gaps into opportunities.

• Collaborate daily with the Creative Lead and Media Buyers to strategize, test, and scale initiatives.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to performance creatives, editors, and designers.

• Enhance product performance across channels through effective creative direction and testing strategies.

• Influence user engagement with compelling narratives and effective creative components.

• Spearhead innovation through the introduction of new formats, trend forecasting, and workflow automation.
