This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the creative strategy for a designated portfolio of clients
• Formulate campaign concepts, provide art direction, and offer strategic recommendations
• Develop and refine messaging frameworks that enhance fundraising and brand-building initiatives
• Evaluate campaign outcomes to determine which creative strategies are yielding positive results
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, advertising, branding, creative strategy, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in crafting integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns across various channels
• Strong grasp of donor psychology, audience behavior, creative development, performance marketing, and campaign optimization
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
