Creative Production Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of clients utilizing creative services

• Respond to client inquiries and address their concerns

• Oversee the creative design of advertising products and the implementation of digital creatives for campaigns

• Define the scope of creative production projects and obtain resources for successful execution

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Solutions teams

• Offer consultative best practices for creative production utilizing the Celtra platform

• Build and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Celtra's creative services

• Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities

• Reconcile account revenue and manage billing for clients purchasing services

• Maintain high levels of responsiveness and resolution for customer inquiries

• Track and report client performance through the use of Celtra products and services

• Suggest enhancements or upgrades to increase usage and boost revenue

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing creative production or project management within a creative agency or software organization

• Outstanding project management and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven track record in a customer-facing position

• Experience managing the entire campaign lifecycle from creative production to execution

• Experience working across various global time zones is a plus

• Relevant degree is preferred, though substantial experience may substitute

• Capability to strategically grow the business by developing new processes and initiatives

• A curious mindset, coachability, and a strong desire to learn and develop

• Proactive, independent thinker with a strong contribution ethic

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting requirements
