AI Sound Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Be responsible for the complete audio post-production cycle of AI series: dialogues, sound design, music, and final mixing.

• Clean and restore dialogues, eliminate artifacts from AI voices, and ensure natural sound and synchronization with video.

• Create the sound atmosphere of scenes and enhance the dramaturgy, emotions, tension, hooks, and climaxes.

• Select, edit, and generate music and sound effects as needed, in accordance with the genre and narrative intent.

• Execute the final mix and prepare the sound for release according to platform technical requirements.

• Propose creative enhancements, collaborate with showrunners and editors, and justify sound decisions.

• Test and implement AI tools and automation to improve quality or reduce production time.

• Develop sound standards, libraries, and templates while sharing practices with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a similar position.

• Strong expertise in audio post-production for video content—from dialogue editing to final mixing, supported by a portfolio.

• Professional proficiency in DAW and tools for sound processing and restoration.

• Ability to clean dialogues, remove noise and AI voice artifacts, and balance tone, volume, and acoustic environments between shots.

• Expressive sound design and music work in accordance with dramaturgy.

• Knowledge of mixing principles, volume and dynamics control, and preparing sound for digital platforms and mobile devices.

• Practical application of AI tools in sound work and a critical evaluation of results.

• Experience with vertical series, micro-dramas, or other content with a high density of dramatic events is a plus.

• Skills in composition and creating original music, particularly using AI, is a plus.

• Automation of sound production: scripting, batch processing, tool integration, and template building is a plus.
