• Lead new business opportunities from initial discovery to final closure.
• Comprehend client objectives and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
• Outline and present project proposals, balancing strategy, creative vision, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to develop proposals, scopes, and pricing.
• Manage the client relationship and oversee the project from kickoff to final delivery.
• Ensure that creative work aligns with the client's strategy, objectives, and expectations.
• Work alongside production and creative leads to keep execution, timelines, and deliverables on schedule.
• Navigate feedback, changes in scope, and key decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Establish trusted client relationships that foster repeat business and new opportunities.
• Identify avenues to enhance and solidify client partnerships.
• Assist in refining intake, scoping, and client management processes.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Prior experience in video/film production is required.
• 3–6 years of experience in creative production, account management, or client services.
• Strong understanding of film, video, content, or campaign production.
• Experience in scoping, pitching, and directing client-facing creative initiatives.
• Ability to align business objectives with creative strategies and execution.
• Strong judgment regarding creative ambition, budget, timeline, and scope.
• Confident in communication and capable of building trust with clients and creative teams.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in creating accurate, production-ready budgets for video commercials.
• Skilled in pitching creative concepts and articulating strategic thinking clearly.
• Capable of managing a video production workflow from initiation to final delivery.
• Able to navigate production trade-offs when budget, timeline, or creative vision changes.
