This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily project management for campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives.
• Monitor timelines, inputs, and deliverables closely.
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding timelines, status updates, and logistics for deliverables.
• Manage and route incoming creative requests in collaboration with the Creative Director.
• Maintain project boards, file naming conventions, production templates, and internal digital asset management systems.
• Oversee the digital asset library, ensuring files are current, accurately tagged, and easily accessible.
• Facilitate logistics for photo and video shoots, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and on-site arrangements.
• Assist in booking and managing freelancers, including their scheduling, onboarding, and tracking of deliverables.
• Track vendor invoices against approved estimates and document expenditures within budget trackers.
• Help with basic content production tasks, such as formatting presentations, resizing assets, and making minor copy edits.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and collaborate with the Creative Director and creative team to develop systematic, repeatable solutions.
• 1–3 years of experience in creative operations, studio coordination, or production support in a creative or marketing setting.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a creative team, with a solid understanding of design workflows and common operational challenges.
• Experience in developing internal creative workflows.
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva.
• Proficient in AI tools, particularly Claude, including custom AI skills and other AI learning protocols.
• Strong ability to identify quality or consistency issues and convey findings clearly.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.
• Prior experience supporting an in-house creative or brand team is preferred.
• Familiarity with templating tools or self-serve asset platforms is preferred.
• Exposure to content scheduling or campaign coordination processes is preferred.
