Creative Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily project management for campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand initiatives, including managing timelines, tracking inputs, and supervising deliverables.

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding timelines, project status, and logistics of deliverables.

• Prioritize and direct incoming creative requests in collaboration with the Creative Director.

• Administer and manage creative team systems, which encompass project boards, file naming conventions, production templates, and internal digital asset management (DAM) systems.

• Oversee Xometry's digital asset library, ensuring files are up-to-date, accurately tagged, and easily accessible.

• Facilitate logistics for photo and video shoots, which includes scheduling, coordinating with vendors, and managing on-site logistics.

• Assist in the booking and management of freelancers, covering scheduling, onboarding, and tracking deliverables.

• Verify vendor invoices against approved estimates and document expenses in departmental budget trackers.

• Support light content production tasks such as formatting presentations, resizing assets, and performing basic copy edits.

• Identify persistent operational inefficiencies and collaborate with the broader creative team to devise systematic, repeatable solutions.

• Report directly to the Global Creative Director while providing support to designers, brand leads, and content creators.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in creative operations, studio coordination, or production support in a creative or marketing setting.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a creative team, demonstrating a solid understanding of design workflows and common operational challenges.

• Experience in developing internal creative workflows.

• Proficient in Jira and other project management tools.

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva is required.

• Competence with AI tools, particularly Claude, including the development of custom AI skills and familiarity with AI learning protocols.

• Strong capability to identify quality or consistency issues and communicate findings effectively.

• Highly organized with an acute attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• Experience with digital asset management systems is a plus.

• Previous experience supporting an in-house creative or brand team is preferred.

• Familiarity with templating tools or self-service asset platforms is preferred.

• Exposure to content scheduling or campaign coordination processes is advantageous.
