• Transform Moments that Matter into innovative territories, messaging hypotheses, campaign concepts, headlines, CTAs, and copy direction.
• Provide advanced creative judgment for fast-paced, digital-first projects linked to business outcomes.
• Assist in shaping creative requests, identifying stronger creative angles, and converting strategic inputs into clear, engaging, differentiated assets.
• Represent the creative team in strategic new-business and portfolio-sales opportunities.
• Develop speculative and portfolio creative work.
• Support campaign-style case studies that foster account growth and generate new revenue.
• Take ownership of the idea, message, and creative direction prior to production commencement.
• Establish the foundation for Directive’s strategic creative methodology.
• Convert briefs into territories, concepts, hooks, headlines, CTAs, landing-page narrative direction, and message sequencing.
• Collaborate with designers by providing strong concepts and copy direction.
• Review creative requests, briefs, workflows, pitch materials, and performance creative examples.
• Create campaign creative brief templates linked to Moments that Matter / Stratos.
• Identify key use cases for the new campaign model.
• Execute the brief process through insights, hypotheses, concepts, copy direction, production handoff, launch, and learning.
• Develop creative territories, messaging angles, campaign copy, and testing recommendations.
• Support new-business, strategic account, and portfolio-sales initiatives with speculative or campaign-style creative.
• Establish a creative review process focused on concept quality, message clarity, testability, and business relevance.
• Define a message/proof library and taxonomy for building on campaign insights.
• Create a repeatable creative testing process: hypothesis → variant → data → decision.
• 4–6 years of professional creative experience, with a significant portion in an agency, professional services, or B2B marketing environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of brand work and performance creative, including a built visual system and an ad campaign that achieved measurable results.
• Proven experience in developing campaigns from concept to execution.
• Ability to maintain and evolve brand standards across diverse channels.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and storytelling.
• Capability to translate ICP, positioning, personas, JTBD insights, proof points, objections, and funnel-stage context into creative hypotheses and campaign concepts.
• Executive presence and confidence in presenting creative strategies in new-business, portfolio-sales, client-facing, or leadership settings.
• Solid understanding of performance creative, testing methodologies, message iteration, pipeline influence, and revenue-focused creative measurement.
• Ability to collaborate with production designers, paid media strategists, Account Directors, Growth, and Sales teams.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and shaping incomplete briefs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media practices.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Understanding of content strategy.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, Crazy Egg, or similar.
• Strong reliance on and comfort with generative AI technologies.
• Current, permanent work authorization in the country of employment.
• Reliable setup, high-speed internet, and a professional working environment capable of running Adobe Creative Suite and video production software.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and operate design and video software on Mac or PC.
• Capacity to consistently observe and interpret written and verbal communication.
