This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creative vision and visual implementation of EverOn's brand for both internal and external communications.
• Act as the primary guardian of the visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all channels and materials.
• Convert business positioning, priorities, and marketing objectives into innovative concepts and visual communications.
• Maintain and enhance brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and creative standards.
• Oversee the design and production of marketing, sales, and corporate communications materials.
• Develop and manage presentations, proposals, digital and social media graphics, website assets, advertising, event branding, case studies, infographics, videos, podcasts, motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality benchmarks and deadlines.
• Adapt assets for diverse platforms, audiences, and formats.
• Supervise final artwork preparation, production specifications, and coordination with external vendors.
• Maintain a well-organized library of creative assets, templates, photography, video, audio, and approved brand materials.
• Lead video and podcast development from initial concept through production and post-production phases.
• Plan and coordinate video shoots, podcast recordings, interviews, project footage, and multimedia initiatives.
• Direct or carry out filming, audio recording, editing, motion graphics, sound design, and post-production tasks.
• Produce multimedia content for communications, social media, website, recruiting, customer presentations, and thought leadership.
• Create short-form clips, trailers, audiograms, and supporting materials.
• Collaborate with the Chief Customer Officer, marketing, sales, executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and agency partners.
• Manage creative production from concept development to final delivery.
• Establish creative briefs, timelines, production schedules, and approval processes.
• Prioritize requests and handle multiple projects while ensuring quality and meeting deadlines.
• Enhance creative workflows, standardize processes, and boost production efficiency.
• Monitor project status, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Ensure version control, file organization, and accessibility of creative assets.
• Evaluate and recommend creative tools, technologies, equipment, and processes.
• Provide creative guidance and feedback to internal contributors.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in graphic design, creative development, brand management, multimedia production, or other related creative fields.
• Proven experience in leading creative direction and managing complex creative projects.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, visual storytelling, presentation design, digital creativity, and multimedia production.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and related design and editing software.
• Demonstrated experience in video production, editing, and post-production processes.
• Working knowledge of podcast development, audio recording, editing, and production workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create sophisticated executive-level and customer-facing presentations.
• Experience in developing and maintaining corporate brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong understanding of digital, print, video, and audio production processes, file preparation, and creative asset management.
• Proven capability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to accept and incorporate feedback while upholding high creative standards.
• Preferred: experience in B2B marketing, construction, infrastructure, technology, or other technical industries.
• Preferred: experience producing corporate videos, executive interviews, project showcases, and thought leadership content.
• Preferred: experience in developing, producing, or managing branded podcast series.
• Preferred: familiarity with video recording equipment, lighting, microphones, and podcast recording setups.
• Preferred: experience collaborating with external creative, marketing, and production agencies.
• Preferred: experience with Canva, Figma, marketing automation platforms, and digital content management systems.
