Creative Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee design projects from inception to completion, starting with initial sales discussions and culminating in the final transfer to developers.

• Participate in early sales meetings to influence the framing of projects.

• Identify both the expressed and latent issues of potential clients.

• Provide strategic insights that enhance the likelihood of securing engagements.

• Lead the discovery process once a project is officially signed.

• Conduct workshops and engage with stakeholders through interviews.

• Analyze content and review analytics critically.

• Define the strategic approach prior to the commencement of design work.

• Maintain strategic thinking throughout the phases of concept development, design system creation, and production.

• Remain actively involved up to the handoff to developers and during the launch phase.

• Create content-focused digital experiences, which encompass publishing platforms, knowledge bases, intricate marketing websites, and product interfaces linked to editorial processes.

• Facilitate brand discussions as necessary.

• Present work to clients in a collaborative and transparent manner.

• Ability to navigate between system-level thinking and individual screen design.

• Experience collaborating with content strategists and developers as equals rather than dependencies.
