This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in design projects from inception to completion, starting with the initial sales conversation and concluding with the developer handoff.

• Participate in early sales discussions to influence the framing of the work.

• Recognize both the explicit and implicit issues faced by prospective clients.

• Provide strategic insights that help secure engagements.

• Oversee the discovery process once the work has been contracted.

• Facilitate workshops and conduct stakeholder interviews.

• Evaluate content and analytics data.

• Define the strategic direction prior to initiating design work.

• Maintain strategic focus throughout the concept phase, design system development, and production stages.

• Remain actively involved during the developer handoff and launch process.

• Create content-rich digital experiences, such as publishing platforms, knowledge bases, intricate marketing websites, and product interfaces linked to editorial processes.

• Engage in brand discussions as the project scope demands.

• Present work to clients in a collaborative and transparent manner.
