This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop innovative concepts that align with marketing campaign goals and new campaign identities while adhering to established brand guidelines.
• Produce cohesive design assets for paid advertisements, organic social media, and email communications across various launches and campaigns.
• Design creative materials for paid ads on Meta, Google, programmatic, and other advertising platforms.
• Experiment with various formats, including static images, carousels, and GIFs at scale.
• Utilize creative performance data to enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
• Analyze performance dashboards and work collaboratively with paid marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) teams.
• Operate from creative briefs and assist in briefing and providing feedback to external agencies.
• Create responsive designs suitable for different screen sizes and devices.
• Develop templates and custom assets for organic social media campaigns.
• Design reusable elements for newsletters and campaign emails.
• Produce reusable illustrations, infographics, flowcharts, and hand-drawn diagrammatic content.
• Animate illustrations as necessary and provide graphic support to the video team.
• Write engaging short-form copy for both paid and organic creative endeavors.
• Review visual product designs and video creatives to ensure brand consistency.
• Support trip launches, campaigns, one-off projects, and ad hoc requests.
• Report directly to the Head of Content and collaborate with both paid and organic marketing teams as well as the in-house product designer.
• 3–5 years of experience in a brand marketing team or creative agency.
• Demonstrated experience designing for digital platforms, especially in paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Ability to create cohesive asset sets for campaigns or launches across paid, organic, and email channels.
• Strong skills in hand-drawn or digital illustration, including infographics and diagrammatic content.
• Capable of writing engaging short-form copy for advertisements and organic content.
• Excellent typography and typesetting skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Advanced skills in Figma.
• Experience in designing responsive web assets for various devices.
• Ability to work with multiple aspect ratios and platform specifications.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive approach to testing their value.
• Basic understanding of video production or the ability to collaborate effectively with a video editor.
• Highly organized, productive, self-sufficient, and capable of managing a high volume of work.
• Ability to navigate a part-time remote role while prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for adventure travel and the outdoors.
• Experience in print design and physical products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
• HTML5 experience is an additional benefit.
• Animation experience is desirable.
