This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the creative strategy for a large-scale account spanning multiple countries alongside the Creative Strategist.
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform both new and ongoing creative strategies.
• Contribute to the development of strategic creative testing roadmaps by geographical area.
• Assist in testing hypotheses and generating ideas that will positively influence the account.
• Help develop creative briefs in alignment with the testing roadmap.
• Create structured documentation on creative performance and testing outcomes.
• Prepare and present creative audits to clients through comprehensive performance analysis, competitive research, and persona development.
• Organize creative agendas for weekly internal and external meetings.
• Conduct in-depth data analyses and share unique insights.
• Produce thought leadership materials, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, and webinars.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategy, Project Management, and Account teams to enhance processes, develop documentation, and create case studies.
• Report directly to the Creative Strategist.
• At least 1 year of media buying experience in visually-driven online channels.
• Proficient in leveraging data to support creative testing recommendations; familiar with testing methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of visual advertising platforms, specifically in Display (GDN) and Mobile (App Campaigns).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and professionalism.
• Comfortable engaging with clients and leading client discussions.
• Outstanding writing and strategic content creation capabilities.
• A creative mindset and a passion for the artistic side of digital marketing.
• Prior experience working directly with Creative Services and Production teams is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a large team environment with many moving parts.
• Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to juggle multiple projects and ongoing tasks while effectively adapting to shifting priorities.
• Capacity to be assertive and confident in strategy recommendations.
• Strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in an agency setting and comfort in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. through E-Verify.
