CRA II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Conduct on-site or remote monitoring visits for Pre-Study, Initiation, Interim, and Close-Out phases.

• Ensure that the facilities and personnel at investigational sites are suitable for the conduct of the study.

• Identify and evaluate investigators, confirming their qualifications, resources, facilities, equipment, and staff throughout the duration of the study.

• Provide necessary training to investigational site staff.

• Assist in the preparation of regulatory and/or Ethics Committee submissions when applicable.

• Engage in mentoring and training initiatives for new team members.

• Conduct co-monitoring visits to evaluate the performance of junior staff.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree from a College/University in Life Sciences or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• Significant on-site monitoring experience in Phase 2/3 clinical trials.

• Preferably, experience with complex trials in oncology or rare diseases.

• Proficient in English with full working capability.

• Strong planning, multitasking abilities, and capacity to work within a dynamic team environment.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• A valid full driving license is required.
