CRA Compliance and Product Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee adherence to the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and its connection to frameworks such as the NIS 2 Directive.

• Convert legislative requirements into practical engineering and technical protocols.

• Implement product security practices across both hardware and software architecture.

• Monitor vulnerabilities, including CVEs.

• Collaborate across various functions on product security and compliance initiatives.

• Manage secure erase and cryptography functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years in product security management, compliance, or secure software engineering.

• Knowledge of the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and its relation to frameworks like the NIS 2 Directive.

• Familiarity with hardware/software architecture, vulnerability tracking (CVEs), and secure erase or cryptography functions.

• Proficient in English.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other recognized CRA training certifications are highly preferred.

• Proven success in cross-functional leadership and the ability to transform complex legislative requirements into actionable engineering and technical protocols.
