This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist in the sale and implementation of specific technical or complex products, services, and solutions.
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of products and services and their integration into customer operations.
• Build customer trust in technical solutions and address any technical objections throughout the sales process.
• Offer presales technical expertise to both sales teams and customers.
• Contribute technical insights to RFP bid proposals, projects, and technical documentation.
• Identify further sales opportunities with current customers.
• Evaluate business needs through discussions with customers and interactive whiteboarding sessions.
• Create and present technical proposals that demonstrate how products align with customer needs and integrate with their systems and equipment.
• Conduct demonstrations of products and solutions.
• Communicate customer systems and equipment requirements to Technology, Operations, Systems, and Product Management teams.
• Install and demonstrate products at customer locations after the sale, or relay client requirements to implementation teams during the handoff process.
• Stay informed about company offerings and competitor products and services.
• Advise product management on proposed product improvements or alterations.
• Assist sales staff with activities at events and trade shows.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent amount of work experience.
• Generally, eight to ten years of relevant experience.
• Preferably experienced in selling multiple, complex integrated solutions to a diverse range of customers.
• Proven consultative, solutions-based selling experience and background.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge of products and solutions within the primary area of responsibility, as well as related offerings from other business lines.
• High proficiency in demonstrating complex software-based solutions.
• Skilled in collaborating effectively with various functional groups to create customer solutions.
• Strong presentation, training, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as workplace conduct and safety policies.
