This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated federal accounts, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, system integrators, and partners.
• Develop enduring relationships with government clients, gaining insight into their strategic objectives and business effects.
• Align Collibra's services and product offerings with the goals, technical requirements, and success criteria of customers.
• Facilitate renewals and expansions by showcasing technical value and best practices.
• Lead onboarding processes, deployments, upgrades, and continuous operations.
• Organize technical discussions, architecture evaluations, solution design workshops, product functionalities, and roadmap meetings.
• Aid in the creation of documentation, technical presentations, and briefings for government stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Support, Services, and Customer Engineering on various projects and initiatives.
• Ensure that projects and implementations are completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer objectives.
• Drive consensus on goals, success criteria, and acceptance milestones.
• Monitor project advancement and furnish status updates to customers and internal leadership.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects.
• Deliver customer reports based on business objectives.
• Identify and monitor customer risk indicators, leading risk mitigation efforts with Sales and technical teams.
• Advocate for customer needs within the organization, influencing the product roadmap and prioritization.
• Handle escalations and coordinate cross-functional resolutions with Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Provide product insights based on customer use cases and requirements.
• Implement customer success and remediation plans, lead account team meetings, and cultivate relationships with key customer contacts.
• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Systems Engineer, or similar).
• Experience serving U.S. federal government clients (civilian, DoD, or IC).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in regulated or high-security environments.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in deploying enterprise solutions.
• Understanding of government hierarchy and operations.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), particularly GovCloud or comparable.
• Experience collaborating with system integrators.
• Solid technical background in data management.
• Active or eligible U.S. Government security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen residing in the United States.
