CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and cultivate active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, including HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, among others.

• Assess new offers for quality, relevance, and competitive payout rates.

• Negotiate terms and rates with network account managers.

• Track offer performance metrics, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote top-performing offers.

• Ensure that all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain a real-time dashboard displaying active offers, payouts, and network performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary.

• Previous experience with CPA marketing or affiliate networks is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills when dealing with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a strong compliance focus.

• Capable of managing multiple network relationships at the same time.

• Self-directed and results-oriented.
