CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture existing relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, including HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others.

• Assess new offers for their quality, relevance, and competitiveness in terms of payouts.

• Negotiate rates and terms with account managers from networks.

• Track offer performance metrics, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote the highest-performing offers.

• Ensure that all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard displaying active offers, payouts, and network performance.

• No formal degree is required.

• A strong preference for familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Robust analytical skills; adeptness in using spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a strong compliance-focused mindset.

• Capability to manage multiple network relationships at once.

• Self-directed and driven by results.
