CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee active partnerships with CPA and affiliate networks, including HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and more.

• Assess new offers for their quality, relevance, and competitiveness in payout.

• Negotiate rates and terms with network account managers.

• Track offer performance metrics, such as EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote top-performing offers.

• Ensure all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard that reflects active offers, payouts, and network performance.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Strong preference for candidates with familiarity in CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Proficient analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.

• Capability to manage multiple network relationships concurrently.
