CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, such as HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others.

• Assess new offers for their quality, relevance, and competitiveness in terms of payout.

• Negotiate rates and terms with account managers from various networks.

• Track the performance of offers, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote offers that are performing well.

• Ensure all offers comply with NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard showcasing active offers, payouts, and overall network performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Prior experience or familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities; comfortable utilizing spreadsheets and dashboards for data analysis.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills when dealing with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance.

• Capable of managing multiple network relationships at the same time.

• Self-driven and result-oriented.
