CPA Network Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee ongoing relationships with CPA and affiliate networks such as HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others.

• Assess new offers for quality, relevance, and competitive payout rates.

• Negotiate terms and rates with account managers from various networks.

• Track offer performance metrics, including EPC, conversion rates, and trends in user complaints.

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to promote top-performing offers.

• Ensure all offers comply with NoGigiddy’s quality and compliance standards prior to publication.

• Maintain an up-to-date dashboard reflecting active offers, payouts, and network performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary.

• Strong preference for familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks.

• Proficient analytical skills, including experience with spreadsheets and dashboards.

• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities when working with external partners.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.

• Capable of managing multiple network relationships at once.

• Self-directed and results-oriented.
