This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide support for daily reporting operations related to depositions and hearings.
• Assist reporting personnel in real-time by troubleshooting basic issues and escalating them as necessary.
• Oversee active jobs and pinpoint potential risks or service interruptions.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, Production, and Customer Support to address operational challenges.
• Track and document incidents, collect details, and maintain comprehensive records.
• Assist in onboarding processes and offer guidance to reporting staff.
• Keep internal documentation, SOPs, and operational resources current and updated.
• Communicate effectively with reporting resources and internal teams.
• Help ensure compliance with operational processes and service standards.
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding company, client, and business information.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adherence to structured processes.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with court reporting, legal workflows, or service-based operations.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Background in operations support, coordination, or service delivery.
• Experience in legal, court reporting, or similar environments.
• Active Remote Online Notary (RON) certification, or the ability to obtain it within a specified timeframe.
• Active notary commission in the states where work will be performed.
• AAERT CER or CDR certification is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Reliable access to high-speed internet.
• A private and secure workspace.
• Ability to work for extended periods at a computer workstation.
• Capability to perform repetitive motions, including frequent typing, keyboarding, and usage of a mouse or other input devices.
• Ability to view computer screens, read digital documents, and analyze information for extended durations.
• Some evening or weekend work may be necessary depending on client requirements or emergency situations.
