Coupa Technical Lead, Integrations – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable partner to clients by providing customized integrated solutions.

• Offer guidance to stakeholders throughout the Coupa selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration processes.

• Engage actively in comprehensive implementation, project management, change management, requirements gathering and design, process enhancements, chart of accounts redesign, testing, integration enablement, supplier enablement, and best-practice initiatives.

• Leverage technical expertise across the Coupa suite, which includes Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.

• Create and execute AI-enabled client solutions that align with company policies.

• Keep track of emerging AI tools and techniques to identify compliant opportunities for enhancing client solutions and internal processes.

• Play a role in recruiting, shadowing, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement efforts.

• Drive performance improvement and cost-reduction strategies to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Manage customer expectations while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality of deliverables during training and go-live phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting or relevant industry experience.

• Functional or technical expertise in implementing at least one module within a financial system solution such as Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or Ariba.

• Experience with configuration in at least two end-to-end implementations.

• Proficiency in designing and facilitating the setup and configuration of one or more modules.

• Expertise in designing, leading, and architecting complex multi-cloud-based system integration solutions with a focus on ERP systems.

• Practical experience in developing automated integrations and solution architecture using ETL tools.

• Proven track record in developing RESTful API-based integrations with Talend Studio.

• Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

• Willingness to learn and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation.

• Capability to manage multiple, deadline-driven, project-critical client engagements, including training and go-live activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Willingness to travel domestically 50-75% for project milestones.

• Coupa certification is preferred.
