Coupa Functional Lead – Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to key stakeholders throughout the selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa.

• Engage in comprehensive implementation processes, including project management, change management, requirements gathering and design, process enhancement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration support, supplier enablement, and best practices initiatives.

• Leverage technical expertise across the Coupa suite, which encompasses Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.

• Assist in the development and deployment of firm-approved, AI-driven client solutions while adhering to data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.

• Remain updated on the latest AI tools and techniques, identifying compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes.

• Mentor team members in aspects of career development, technical competencies, and interpersonal skills.

• Participate in initiatives related to recruiting, shadowing, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational enhancements.

• Execute performance improvement and cost-reduction strategies to promote operational efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience.

• Functional and technical proficiency in implementing at least one module of a financial system solution, such as Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or Ariba.

• A background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management.

• Experience in designing and facilitating the setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules.

• Familiarity with business process re-engineering, analysis, project management, accounting/business workflow, end-to-end solution design, and technical specification documentation.

• Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.

• Capability to manage data for export/import requirements, including data formatting and manipulation.

• Experience in creating design documentation for sourcing, new vendors, procurement, AP, contracting, and other functional areas.

• Proven ability to responsibly investigate and adopt firm-approved AI tools.

• Willingness to learn and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in accordance with firm policies and client standards.

• Experience in mentoring junior team members and assisting project teams in resolving complex, multifaceted challenges.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
