This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue, profit, and market-share targets within the Restorative & Prevention and Orthodontics portfolios.
• Lead and nurture the Dental sales organization, enhancing performance, customer-centric focus, talent development, and a culture grounded in compliance and integrity.
• Oversee commercial activities throughout Poland, encompassing territory planning, forecasting, business planning, budget management, key account management, channel optimization, and negotiations with strategic customers and distribution partners.
• Foster educational and professional engagement with dental professionals, clinics, universities, key opinion leaders, group practices, dental service organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional and global business teams, as well as cross-functional partners in customer operations, finance, regulatory, and clinical areas.
• Convert market insights into actionable decisions and strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.
• Operate a company vehicle, contingent on pre-employment and ongoing motor vehicle history evaluations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of experience in commercial leadership roles, including managing diverse sales or commercial teams.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sustainable growth within healthcare and/or FMCG sectors.
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, business acumen, forecasting, and budget management.
• Proven experience in building high-performing teams, coaching talent, managing stakeholders, influencing across various functions and levels, and leading negotiations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in transforming data and market insights into prioritized actions.
• Background in leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated attitude.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for a work visa.
• Additional qualifications include experience in both healthcare and FMCG sectors; familiarity with distributor-based, direct, or hybrid commercial models; experience in multinational, matrix organizations; engagement in commercial excellence or organizational transformation programs; and capability in developing future leaders and succession plans.
