This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the business performance for one or two markets functioning as independent business units.
• Daily monitoring of essential business metrics, product performance, CRM activities, customer support, and financial indicators.
• Analyze conversion funnels, retention rates, cohort performance, ROI, payback periods, and other relevant business metrics.
• Conduct competitive analysis and assess local market trends alongside customer behavior.
• Initiate and optimize local CRM campaigns, bonus programs, retention strategies, and promotional efforts.
• Execute regular product testing, identify issues, and facilitate their resolution.
• Generate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate their impact on business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, CRM, VIP, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance, Payments, Legal, and others.
• Ensure top-notch product localization and adaptation to meet local market demands.
• Oversee deposits, VIP engagement, and customer retention metrics.
• Continuously enhance customer experience and overall business outcomes.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in roles such as Country Manager, Product Manager, Product Operations, Business Operations, Growth Manager, or similar positions.
• Background in iGaming, FinTech, Neo-banking, Crypto, E-commerce, or other data-driven B2C digital products.
• Familiarity with KPIs, conversion funnels, cohort analysis, as well as financial, product, and business metrics.
• Demonstrated success in identifying growth opportunities and executing initiatives that yield measurable business outcomes.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without having direct authority.
• Experience with CRM, retention, or customer lifecycle management is advantageous.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities, experience using analytical tools, and capacity for making data-driven decisions.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for business results.
• Capability to work independently in a highly autonomous setting.
• Proficiency in Russian and English at a B2 level or above.
