This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee P&L performance for the US, focusing on revenue growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), pricing strategies, and retention efforts.
• Direct the execution of go-to-market strategies for the US across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and healthcare professional (HCP) channels.
• Manage local B2C initiatives through paid advertising, public relations, key opinion leaders (KOLs)/influencers, affiliate marketing, newsletters, social media, and Amazon.
• Develop and convert a qualified B2B pipeline involving clinics, hypertension specialists, category organizations, and employer/payer partnerships.
• Enhance the overall customer experience in the US by collaborating with Product, App, website, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
• Formulate the US commercial strategy based on local market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback.
• Represent Hilo in interactions with the press, KOLs, partners, and healthcare stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Present US commercial performance metrics and market insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
• Amplify initial B2C traction while establishing a systematic B2B pipeline.
• Position Hilo as the leading voice in conversations about blood pressure management in the US.
• Ensure that the US represents a significant portion of global sales.
• Forge meaningful partnerships and develop a pipeline from initial discussions to finalized agreements.
• Identify and address friction points across product, web, and support services to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
• Extensive commercial experience, including responsibility for a market, country, or business-unit P&L.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling a product through a high-growth phase.
• Experience encompassing awareness, distribution, pricing, CAC, and retention strategies within marketing and sales.
• Established connections with key stakeholders in the US healthcare, medtech, or wellness sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage relationships to expedite commercial partnerships.
• Strong execution-oriented mindset paired with practical commercial judgment.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent executive communication skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in bringing a regulated or clinically validated product to market within medtech, digital health, or consumer health sectors.
• Credibility among clinicians, payers, and consumers.
• Must reside in the US, preferably on the East Coast.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for at least half a day of overlap with the CET-based team.
• Willingness to travel frequently for events, KOL meetings, and partner discussions, along with attending quarterly or as-needed team and business events.
• Competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 USD, contingent on experience and location.
