Country Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the Korean market by formulating and implementing strategic plans aimed at enhancing the client base, revenue, and brand visibility.

• Establish and nurture relationships with essential partners, affiliates, and stakeholders within Korea.

• Recognize opportunities for market growth, lead generation, local marketing avenues, and strategic alliances.

• Supervise the onboarding and engagement processes for trading clients, affiliates, Introducing Brokers (IBs), Money Managers, and other collaborators.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates, offering actionable insights to senior management.

• Lead cross-functional efforts involving marketing, customer support, and operations.

• Represent FP Markets in Thailand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the FX/CFD and online trading sector, preferably within the Korean market.

• At least 1 year in a management or leadership position focusing on sales, business development, or partner management.

• Proficient in Korean with a good command of English.

• Strong strategic thinking, decision-making abilities, and stakeholder management skills.

• Self-driven, proactive, and results-focused, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
