πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee Administrative Referral cases from the initial intake phase through to completion, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.

β€’ Perform telephonic triage and assessments pertaining to behavioral health, substance use, relationship issues, and work-life challenges.

β€’ Offer members immediate support, coaching, and training tailored to their identified needs.

β€’ Facilitate referrals to network providers and manage session authorizations.

β€’ Assist members in connecting with financial, legal, personal assistance, and work-life resources.

β€’ Collaborate with Human Resources professionals and supervisory staff regarding employee issues and relevant HR practices and policies.

β€’ Make clinical decisions in line with company risk policies, as well as the interests of members and the organization.

β€’ Ensure timely, precise, and professional documentation for case management.

β€’ Investigate suitable services, providers, and resources.

β€’ Provide support to colleagues with case management, completion, and follow-up tasks.

β€’ Keep updated on industry practices, ethical standards, and relevant licensure requirements.

β€’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related behavioral health field, or a comparable combination of education and professional experience in Human Resources.

β€’ A minimum of five years of experience in Employee Assistance Program counseling, clinical behavioral health, or a professional role in Human Resources.

β€’ Proficient in assessment, triage, immediate support, research, and case management abilities.

β€’ Familiarity with general Human Resources standards and practices.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of behavioral health conditions and suitable levels-of-care recommendations.

β€’ Awareness of HIPAA regulations and proper handling of PHI.

β€’ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and other Windows-based software and applications.

β€’ Excellent communication, consultation, organizational, judgment, and documentation skills.
