Clinical Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide on-demand consultations for single sessions, conduct clinical assessments, triage, and offer informational services.

• Utilize advanced technology platforms to improve customer experience and optimize outcomes.

• Link members with the appropriate solutions at the right moments.

• Assist members through their preferred communication channels: phone, video, or chat.

• Deliver immediate mental health support to members, available 24/7.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a valid, unrestricted independent professional behavioral health clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW or Clinical Psychologist) in the state of employment.

• Possess over 1 year of crisis intervention experience.

• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrate excellent multitasking capabilities.

• Be proficient in the use of various technology platforms and tools.

• Previous experience in a call center is preferred.

• Experience in delivering services through chat, video, and phone is preferred.

• Strong skills in building rapport are preferred.

• Have experience in facilitating positive behavior changes is preferred.

• Over 1 year of experience in EAP, Behavioral Health, or Social Services is preferred.

• Familiarity with working with diverse populations is preferred.

• Knowledge of brief therapy models and Motivational Interviewing is preferred.

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health or counseling field is required.
