Counsellor – Clinical Psychologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Deliver individualized telehealth and/or onsite clinical assistance.

• Address a diverse array of cases including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more.

• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to enhance programs and platform outcomes.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care utilizing Intellect’s telehealth platform.

• Assist clients throughout their mental health journeys.

• Maintain a flexible schedule that complements existing work or private practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.

• Proficiency in CBT or other evidence-based methods (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.).

• Must possess a valid and active SIPP (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog) or SIPPK (Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis) issued in Indonesia.

• Must have current registration (STRP).

• Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours.

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Experience with EAP, adult counseling, or managerial coaching is preferred.

• Willingness to occasionally work onsite in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra is a plus.
