Corrections Offender Management Systems Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop workflows for intake, classification, sentence computation, case management, and release processes.

• Provide guidance on OMS configuration, data migration, and interface integration.

• Assist in testing, training, and the go-live phase.

• Oversee implementation risk management.

• When authorized, assist in drafting qualifications and past-performance narratives for AlphaGov proposals.

• Support ongoing department of corrections initiatives related to the procurement of a commercial offender management system, including hosting, consulting, and support services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience with corrections offender management systems or DOC operations.

• Experience in OMS implementation.

• Ability to work as a 1099 project-based consultant.

• Familiarity with Marquis, Abilis, or Tyler OMS is preferred.

• Previous experience as DOC staff is a plus.

• PMP certification is advantageous.
