Corporate/M&A Lawyer – Germany

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Execute the same series of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.

• Analyze the outputs from both platforms side by side.

• Evaluate each response using a standardized rubric.

• Provide succinct written feedback for every assessment.

• Assess the effectiveness of AI systems in addressing genuine inquiries related to German law.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a law firm in corporate/M&A or transactional practice (3+ years preferred).

• Primarily law firm experience is preferred; current in-house experience is acceptable only if the transition occurred within the last 2 years and prior experience was at a law firm.

• Must be qualified to practice law in Germany.

• Strong knowledge of German corporate and commercial law.

• Native or fluent in German.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently according to a rubric and meet deadlines.

• Availability for an initial commitment of around 10 hours.

• Capability to maintain confidentiality under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
