Corporate/M&A Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Execute a consistent set of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.

• Analyze the outputs from both platforms in a side-by-side format.

• Evaluate each response using a standardized scoring rubric.

• Provide succinct written feedback for each assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm focused on corporate/M&A or transactional practices (3+ years is preferred).

• If currently employed in-house, must have transitioned within the last 2 years and possess prior experience in a law firm.

• Must be qualified to practice in the United Kingdom.

• Solid understanding of UK corporate and commercial law.

• Native or fluent English proficiency.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Capability to work independently according to a rubric and meet deadlines.
