Corporate/M&A Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute the identical set of prompts on two different AI (LLM) platforms.

• Analyze and compare the outputs from both platforms side by side.

• Evaluate each response according to a standardized scoring rubric.

• Provide succinct written feedback for every assessment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm specializing in corporate/M&A or transactional practice (3+ years preferred).

• If currently employed in-house, must have transitioned within the last 2 years and possess prior law firm experience.

• Must be qualified to practice law in France.

• Strong knowledge of French corporate and commercial law.

• Native or fluent proficiency in French.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously following a rubric and adhere to deadlines.

• Initial engagement of approximately 10 hours.

• Must be able to operate under confidentiality obligations/NDA.
