Corporate Travel Sabre Agent – Afterhours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage domestic travel requests for airline tickets, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.

• Ensure the most cost-effective bookings while maximizing earned commissions.

• Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating travel-related details.

• Utilize SABRE GDS for handling corporate travel reservations.

• Advocate fares, rates, and suppliers in accordance with client travel program guidelines.

• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with clients through timely responses via phone and email.

• Stay updated on airline policies, regulations, and relevant news.

• Meet individual and contractual service-level objectives concerning telephone responsiveness, quality, and productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 4 years of active experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years.

• Preferred: At least 1 year of international travel experience.

• Experience in Corporate Travel is mandatory.

• Proficiency in SABRE GDS is essential.

• Candidates must reside within the following territories: Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia.

• Must be available according to the specified schedule, with all hours in Eastern Time.
