
Corporate Travel Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.
• Oversee and direct the client implementation and hotel sourcing processes for assigned accounts within established timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering consultancy and expertise throughout the duration of projects.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Conduct weekly virtual project meetings, which include setting agendas and documenting follow-up notes.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers on behalf of clients.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate project specifics with stakeholders from internal departments.
• Assist with multinational and global implementations using local affiliations and resources.
• Facilitate both in-person and virtual client launch sessions, traveler acclimatization, process education, and training for online booking tools.
• Suggest resources and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Engage in internal meetings to discuss project status, resolve issues, gather client feedback, and coordinate resources.
• Conduct post-project handover meetings with clients and Client Solutions Managers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and address any issues raised by clients or team members.
• Stay updated on professional knowledge through educational opportunities, publications, and networking.
• Promote standards, best practices, innovation, and ongoing operational enhancements.
• Execute additional duties, projects, and assignments as required by business demands.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree; not mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of experience in client-facing project management.
• Familiarity with corporate/business travel management practices.
• Strong project management and analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in managing workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Effective follow-up system to ensure timely and accurate information management.
• Proven experience in cultivating positive internal and external relationships.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations while managing group interactions.
• Knowledge of travel technology and travel management operations.
• Strong preference for experience with online booking tools and agency mid/back-office systems.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Capacity to identify operational challenges and implement tactical and strategic solutions.
• Ability to drive and influence change effectively.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong technical competencies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated to personal goals and work ethic.
• Flexibility to work hours that meet client needs.
• Willingness and capability to travel to client locations across the United States.
• Occasional business travel that includes overnight stays may be necessary.
• Ability to fulfill physical demands, including the occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
