Corporate Travel Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for corporate accounts and VIP travelers.

• Manage intricate business travel inquiries through email, phone, chat, or CRM systems.

• Provide guidance to corporate travelers and travel managers regarding flights, accommodations, transfers, and premium services across the globe.

• Arrange bookings for hotels, DMCs, transfers, rail, ferries, cruises, and airlines utilizing online platforms and global suppliers.

• Identify options and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with hotels, service partners, and travel providers.

• Oversee booking confirmations, payment processing including virtual cards, vouchers, modifications, cancellations, refunds, and post-trip resolutions.

• Collaborate with Online Support, Finance, Product, Sales, and Account Management teams.

• Address operational challenges, track SLA performance, and proactively escalate incidents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in business travel management, premium customer service, TMC, DMC, or high-touch corporate travel operations.

• Extensive knowledge of hotel and airline operations along with global destination management.

• Proficiency in English and Italian at an Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to confidently engage with demanding corporate clients and negotiate with suppliers.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex corporate requests simultaneously with exceptional accuracy and professionalism.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, online booking tools, and other travel management technologies.

• A proactive and resourceful attitude towards overcoming challenges in a fast-paced corporate travel setting.
