Corporate Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Acendas Travel’s corporate clientele traveling both domestically and internationally.

• Address client inquiries and requests via phone, email, text/SMS, and online booking platforms.

• Manage, initiate, and process reservations for airlines, trains, cars, hotels, and limousines.

• Arrange and issue travel services in line with client specifications.

• Process a substantial volume of monthly transactions.

• Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) queues, scripts, and programmable keys efficiently.

• Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure that their travel requirements are fulfilled and that customer satisfaction is exceeded.

• Adhere to client travel policies.

• Monitor and reply to email communications.

• Complete special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of corporate travel experience is mandatory.

• Understanding of travel agency operations is essential.

• Flexibility to work shifts covering extended hours is required.

• Advanced proficiency in the Sabre reservation system is necessary.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Strong consultative selling abilities.

• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with corporate travel technology products.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Effective organizational and time management skills are required.

• A professional demeanor and appearance are essential.
