Corporate Transformation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Accelerate the creation of value from current initiatives through strategic problem-solving.

• Eliminate obstacles and create facilitators for transformation initiatives.

• Outline incremental initiatives to address value gaps.

• Recognize discrepancies between transformation initiatives and budget or long-range plan objectives.

• Analyze significant barriers, identify underlying causes, and develop corrective strategies.

• Collaborate with initiative managers to comprehend success factors and essential enablers.

• Establish organization-wide enablers across initiatives, such as change management and analytics.

• Identify, validate, quantify, and formulate implementation strategies for incremental initiatives.

• Transfer defined initiatives to execution leaders.

• Conduct strategic evaluations and risk assessments of the overall value creation strategy.

• Continuously enhance the transformation program and manage risks.

• Prepare reports and presentations that summarize the status, milestones, accomplishments, and challenges of transformation initiatives.

• Present findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a leading strategy consulting firm.

• More than 8 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated career progression.

• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Capability to navigate uncertain problem contexts and identify relevant issues and resolutions through a structured approach.

• Exceptional quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Strong executive communication skills and presence.

• Ability to clearly convey insights both verbally and in writing.

• Proven track record in leading complex programmatic changes.

• Capacity to manage multiple transformational programs concurrently while delivering high-quality results and business value.

• Consistent focus on outcomes while cultivating strong relationships.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing numerous priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a prestigious university.

• Experience in the telecom sector is advantageous.

• Knowledge of wireline telco financials and drivers is a plus.

• Familiarity with telco operations and associated KPIs is an added benefit.

• Understanding of the US fiber market is a plus.
