Corporate Transactions Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct simulated negotiations for contracts and partake in redlining exercises.

• Evaluate and analyze AI-generated responses to contract-related scenarios.

• Offer specialized feedback to enhance model accuracy and output quality.

• Develop objective assessment frameworks and grading criteria for AI performance in contract tasks.

• Partner with product and research teams to improve data, guidelines, and best practices.

• Play a role in contract redlining processes that are utilized to train and assess cutting-edge AI models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law institution.

• Active admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state.

• At least 2 years of experience in the M&A division of a corporate law firm.

• Knowledge of standard M&A agreements, such as Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) and Stock Purchase Agreements (SPAs).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Capability to convert legal knowledge into practical feedback for AI systems.

• Proven dedication to innovation at the convergence of law and technology.

• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams in dynamic settings.

• Prior experience with AI, legal technology, or training programs is preferred.

• Experience with private equity firms is preferred.
