This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Adhere to safe work practices and the safety policies and procedures of both the company and clients on-site.
• Advocate for and embody the Core Values of E2 Optics.
• Employ internal ticketing systems and cloud-based management tools to oversee daily responsibilities.
• Supervise and manage the ticketing system during business hours to ensure prompt processing of requests and effective workflow.
• Create and modify E2 purchase orders and projects in alignment with company standards and protocols.
• Handle credit card requests, verify transactions, document expenses, and submit reimbursement paperwork.
• Manage Amazon purchase requests, provide tracking information, and troubleshoot delivery challenges.
• Organize flights, transportation, and accommodations for E2 employees following company policies.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and assist in implementing more precise and efficient operations.
• Undertake special projects that align with departmental or organizational objectives.
• Tackle issues proactively and escalate them when required.
• Issue and coordinate Certificate of Insurance requests for E2 Operations.
• Work in both an indoor business office and construction settings, which may involve standing, walking, lifting, ladder usage, and potentially operating specialized equipment.
• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate’s degree in business administration or relevant post-secondary education in business or operations support is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative assistance, or a similar role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
• Prior experience in coordinating daily operational tasks, vendor communications, or project support activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, scheduling, or travel coordination is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities are required.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills are necessary.
• Self-driven and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and flexible in response to changing priorities, workflows, and deadlines.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Positive demeanor with strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication via phone, in-person, and email.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet operational needs.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must regularly carry and climb ladders up to a height of 20 feet.
• Able to operate scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary.
• May be required to work in tight or confined spaces.
