This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Adhere to safe work practices and comply with company and client safety policies and procedures at the worksite.
• Advocate for E2 Optics Core Values and contribute to a family-oriented workplace culture.
• Utilize internal computer systems, ticketing platforms, and cloud-based business management tools to oversee daily tasks.
• Supervise and manage the ticketing platform during business hours to guarantee prompt request processing and an efficient workflow.
• Generate and revise E2 purchase orders and projects in line with company standards and procedures.
• Handle credit card requests, authenticate transactions, log expenses, and submit documentation for reimbursement.
• Process Amazon purchase requests, convey order tracking information, and address delivery issues.
• Organize flights, transportation, and accommodation for E2 employees in accordance with company policies and employee requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements and assist in the implementation of more precise and efficient practices.
• Undertake special projects that support departmental or organizational objectives.
• Tackle issues proactively and escalate them when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Issue and manage Certificate of Insurance requests for E2 Operations.
• Travel as necessary to fulfill operational needs.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• An Associate’s degree in business administration or further education in business or operations support is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operations support, administrative support, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in coordinating daily operational tasks, vendor communications, or project support activities is preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, scheduling, or travel coordination is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-driven and reliable, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities, workflows, and deadlines.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• A positive attitude coupled with strong customer service skills and professionalism.
• Proficient in spoken and written English for effective communication via phone, in-person, and email.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required to support operational needs.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must regularly carry and climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Must be capable of operating scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if necessary.
• May be required to work in tight and confined spaces.
