Corporate & Markets Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Interact with the model using scenarios from corporate finance and market-based contexts, as well as analytical exercises and strategic reasoning tasks.

• Confirm the accuracy of financial data and ensure logical consistency.

• Evaluate the legitimacy of valuations and market interpretations.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Offer structured feedback to enhance prompts, evaluation frameworks, and the depth of reasoning.

• Identify instances where models may oversimplify complex transactions or misinterpret regulatory or market signals.

• Record failure modes to improve model reasoning and analytical accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with corporate finance, equity and debt capital markets, financial statement analysis, valuation techniques, capital structure, mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes, regulatory disclosures, and market dynamics.

• Capability to engage advanced language models regarding financial modeling, transaction structuring, pricing strategies, underwriting considerations, risk assessment, and the macroeconomic effects on markets.

• Proficient in clear, metacognitive communication, explicitly expressing reasoning and decision-making processes.

• A background in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, consulting, or similar fields is beneficial but not essential.

• Foundational knowledge and robust analytical skills are encouraged for entry-level applicants.
