Corporate FP&A Analyst – Enterprise Performance Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and upkeep of automated dashboards and reports within Workday Adaptive Planning, which includes budget vs. actual (BvA) analysis, forecast tracking, and variance examination.

• Help manage detailed forecast input data in Adaptive, covering operating expenses, gross margin drivers, headcount assumptions, and capital expenditure predictions.

• Create and standardize consolidated reporting to enhance leadership insights and reporting capabilities.

• Collaborate with FP&A leadership to collect requirements and convert them into scalable Adaptive solutions.

• Oversee reporting structures, hierarchies, versions, and assumptions across planning tools.

• Assist with data integrations for financial systems, including ERP to Adaptive, and ensure accuracy across different platforms.

• Promote enhancements in financial planning, reporting processes, and data quality.

• Contribute to the creation of monthly and quarterly reporting packages, providing insights and analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, emphasizing financial systems and reporting.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proven hands-on experience in developing dashboards and variance reports within Workday Adaptive Planning is essential.

• Strong grasp of financial statements, budgeting, and planning methodologies.

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite and SAP, alongside knowledge of data integrations.

• Exceptional Excel proficiency and capability to work with large, structured datasets.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive ownership mindset.

• Effective communicator and a collaborative team player, comfortable engaging cross-functionally.
