Corporate Finance Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist with rapid modifications to the business strategy or financial model.

• Evaluate Forto's KPI patterns, particularly focusing on commercial metrics like product volume generation, trade lane performance, total revenue/gross profit, and unit economics.

• Aid in the creation of various pitch presentations.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses on subjects such as feedback from potential investors.

• Help maintain the IRL and VDR.

• Contribute to daily project management during fundraising efforts.

• Streamline internal finance operations, transform strategy into actionable processes, and implement solutions effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or a related role, focusing on forecasting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

• Strong financial modeling expertise.

• Ideally, experience in fundraising, M&A, or other types of deals.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively and a hands-on approach.

• Strong affinity for numbers, with a focus on accuracy and dependability.

• Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.

• Valid EU visa or EU citizenship required.
